Under the leadership of Andrew Lawson-Blake, who has been with the company for five years and now serves as our Managing Director, we continue to drive innovation and maintain our strong market presence. Andrew’s expertise and strategic vision have played a crucial role in our growth and success.
At John Marchant Electrical, we are passionate about nurturing the next generation of electricians. We take pride in our commitment to training and development by offering apprenticeship opportunities. Each year, we welcome at least one apprentice into our team. Currently, we have five apprentices across different age brackets, including one female apprentice, fostering diversity and inclusivity within our workforce.
